How are you different from other vacation rental companies?

We offer an array of unique locations that no other company can provide with the level of luxury and creativity.
What would a typical rental look like?

A private vacation property. Amenities vary based on location and level of purchase (base, base +, or premium).
Do you offer interpreters? If not, is it guaranteed that an English speaking person will be on the property?

Yes, if interpreters are required, an interpreter will be at the location helping the customer get situated.
Are you pet friendly?

No, but service animals are allowed.
Are you family friendly? Is there an age limit?

Yes we are family friendly. All are welcome.
What is your cancellation/return policy?

No refund if canceled 48 hours before the date.
What is your policy regarding damage done to the property?

The customer will be expected to notify the company of any damages. The price of repair will vary based on the damage. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for more information.
